C#/Python/ React Polyglot Developer. Asset Management. 12 month rolling fixed term contract. £130,000-£14000 + Guaranteed Bonus + Benefits including 13% Pension. My client is a top tier Asset Management house based in St Pauls. The ESG Technology platform is a containerized, cloud first blend of Python, C#, Postgres and AWS products. They are looking for a polyglot senior developer with proven C# and Python experience to join their team, specifically with experience in frameworks like aspnet core, pandas or equivalents. The role will involve working on both in-flight and greenfield projects in an exciting and rapidly evolving marketplace. Hands-on Experience with a front end framework such as React/Redux, Angular, etc Experience with linux, docker and cloud-based development platforms (Gitlab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc) Experience in working in an Agile team following the Scrum practices. Expertise in modern testing practices, CI/CD and automation Actively contribute to user stories, backlog refinement and product roadmap planning activities Proactively help team members with sufficient experience to make suggestions to improve practices. Lead code reviews and actively participate in providing feedback on others’ designs and implementations. Hands on experience of at least some of a broad range of asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Money Market, Mortgages, Municipals and Derivatives, and an understanding of the others.
