International Business Development Manager
Hybrid Role

This is an exciting and challenging role, suited to a Business Development Manager who brings a unique blend of skills. We are looking for someone dynamic and opportunistic, a strategic thinker who remains calm under pressure, acts with professionalism, and results driven.

Experience in the military/defence industry is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for clients and their business
* Identify, manage, and cultivate new business prospects.
* Generate leads through your network, expertise, leveraging current tools and exploring additional resources.
* Set and track measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
* Regularly engage with prospects and clients remotely, and face-to-face meetings.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
* Present to clients through both virtual platforms (Teams) and in-person meetings.
* Prepare and deliver detailed quotations.
* Represent the agency at industry conferences and events, building valuable connections.
* Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost retention and encourage referrals.
* Manage and maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.
Key Skills:
* You should have a strong background in business development
* You should have proven expertise in utilising digital platforms to drive growth and build lasting relationships.
* You will be eager to expand the business by leveraging various channels to attract new clients as well as retaining and nurturing existing ones.
* A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is essential.
* You will attend key exhibitions and explore new exhibitions, fostering meaningful and strategic relationships.
