The Role They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiatorto complement their fantastic residential Lettings team. You will play a crucial role in their operations, assisting clients in finding their perfect rental properties and ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants. Manage the lettings process, from initial inquiry through to move-in, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently. Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring terms are fair and agreeable for all parties. Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract potential tenants. Some sales experience is desirable, but not essential for the role, as full training will be provided. Skills and Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Knowledge of local property markets and trends is a plus.
