About the Role As a Panel Beater with Steer Ayr, you’ll be responsible for: * Expertly repairing and replacing vehicle panels using advanced tools and techniques. * Assessing vehicle damage accurately and developing effective repair plans. * Ensuring seamless panel and part integration with precision and attention to detail. * Delivering high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. * Working collaboratively to meet deadlines and uphold our high standards. * Keeping a clean, organized workspace, following health and safety standards. About You To succeed in this role, you should bring: * Solid experience as a Panel Beater or a similar role in the automotive repair industry. * Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing. * Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools. * A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing flawless results. * The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Relevant qualifications or certifications, like NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, are beneficial.
