A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Construction Manager with immediate effect.
This opportunity is in relation to the Conversion / Refurbishment of a Grade I Listed country estate in Wiltshire. A well known Hedge Fund Manager has bought the House and all associated land, which he will eventually turn into a 100 bedroom private residence.
Your new company are a luxury property specialist based in London, who operate extensively across the Home Counties and English Countryside for wealthy clients.
The ideal candidate for the role will have good knowledge and experience within Internals, Masonry, RC / Structures, and M&E. This role will suit a candidate with a well rounded knowledge of the construction process in general.
Whilst working in this role, you will report into a Project Manager across the allocated packages of his works area.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential. Previous experience across Listed and High End developments would be of great benefit.
