ArchiCAD designer - temporary role - Leicester - remote

Your new company
You will be working remotely, but joining a design practice that focusses its work solely within the residential sector, aiming to design beautiful and meaningful house for all. The director of this practice is looking for a talented ArchiCAD designer to join their team on a monthly rolling contract (with the chance to go permanent after 6-months).

Your new role
In your new role you will be required to

• Work on residential design models from RIBA stages 3-4.
• Assisting the director on residential projects.
• Eventually work from RIBA stages 1-5, designing interiors and landscapes.
• If the candidate is proficient with Twinmotion 2022 onwards, different visualisation roles are also available.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency with ArchiCAD 22 (Essential)
• Proficiency with Twinmotion 2022 (Desirable)
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
