Materials Planner

Job Title: Materials Planner Location: Tadcaster Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour (dependant upon experience) Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday (7 hours per day with an hour for lunch). Some flexibility required due to the nature of the work. Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Materials Planner to join their planning team at their Tadcaster site. This role involves planning production and materials, with a focus on packaging and brewing materials. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage brewing materials. Oversee liquid planning. Coordinate packaging materials planning. Develop and maintain packaging line schedules.Experience Required: Previous experience in a planning role. Knowledge of planning systems, particularly SAP. Familiarity with SAP APO (Advanced Planning Optimiser) for scheduling packaging plans. Experience with AS Infor (Advanced Scheduling) for liquid planning. Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets. Experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is advantageous.Key Behaviours: Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new processes. Highly organized and reliable.
