Their current AUM is valued at £2 billion and they work with a diverse portfolio of HNWIs, private, retail and corporate clients. The business also promotes a hybrid policy with a requirement to be in the office x2 days per week. The Role We are looking for a Product Governance Manager to join the group. This is a business-critical role that offers high autonomy and room to influence key commercial decisions, acting as the key product interface between the core business lines and central infrastructure team. You’ll work strategically to oversee all product governance processes, ensuring DD and regulatory obligations are met. Requirements: * An extensive background within private banking, wealth management or FS. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. * Ability to strategize, police and develop product governance frameworks within an established multi-product FS environment. * Experience with product/market data, audits and reporting to senior management. * Strong understanding of compliance, risk and wider department responsibility. * Experience in new system development, along with pricing schedules for new business and driving commercial wins. * Extensive regulatory knowledge and experience in the UK financial services market. * Experience working with US clients and adhering to IRS regulatory requirements. * A project mindset within a high change business environment.
