Title: Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Employment type: Contract (initial 6 week contract, potential to extend and/or convert to a permanent position)
Our client, a specialist hotel developer, delivering exclusive and authentic customer experiences while growing their portfolio of hotels both in the UK and abroad including countries such as US, Portugal, Holland and Kenya. They currently have a portfolio of 12 hotels in the UK, which includes hotels around London, Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
They are looking to meet with experienced cost managers/PQS with previous background working on new build or refurbishment of hotel, leisure and hospitality projects. Main responsibility of this project would be cost planning for potential acquisition. This role would be reporting to the construction development director.
Essential experience:
Demonstrating strong cost modelling skills New build/refurbishment experience preferably withing hotel, hospitality and leisure sector Comprehensive understanding of detailed cost planning Scope of works expertise Autonomous self starter Strong planning and organisation skills If you are interested in this role, please apply by sending a copy of your CV to (url removed)
