Contracts Manager Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Package Company Type: Main Contractor Project Values: £500,000 – £6 million Specialising in high-quality new build and refurbishment projects across public and private sectors, the company delivers a wide range of schemes, including education, healthcare, sports and leisure, commercial, and residential projects within a 60-mile radius of its head office. As a Contracts Manager, you will manage and implement construction contracts, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations. The role also involves facilitating communication between clients, suppliers, contractors, and site teams, with regular visits to project sites. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. You will need previous experience in a similar role within construction contracting, ideally in design and build projects. Strong knowledge of contract management, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills are essential
