In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, environmental practices, and quality control are met across a wide range of exciting projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the project teams to maintain compliance, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of these award-winning landscape projects. Key Responsibilities: * Leading and managing SHEQ strategies across diverse projects, ensuring full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations. * Supporting project managers and teams in implementing SHEQ best practices. * Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. * Promoting a proactive SHEQ culture across the organization. * Working with senior management to drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
