Job Description: We are looking for CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, and Line Chefs to join our pool of talented professionals working across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, tailored to each specific site (schools, care homes, pubs, golf clubs, etc.). Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth operation and service. Manage inventory, and maintain stock levels, and food quality. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen. Train and mentor junior staff where applicable. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a chef role (CDP, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Line Chef). Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in different settings and adapt to varying kitchen environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about food and delivering high-quality dishes.
