Mosimann's Private Dining Club is a prestigious and exclusive venue renowned for its exceptional culinary experiences. With a rich history of providing top-notch service and exquisite cuisine, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Take responsibility for a specific section within the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served according to the established standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your designated section, following hygiene and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or Michelin-starred establishment. Culinary degree or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
