Monitoring of conditions and adjustment of controls associated with the BioEnergy aqueous treatment plant, biomass fuel processing plant, and four steam boilers (including biomass and biogas boilers) to ensure optimum output and reliability is achieved. Regular routine inspection and monitoring of all equipment and plant. Recording and reporting of any excursions from normal operation and taking decisions and actions to rectify as required. Reporting equipment defects and malfunction including any repairs carried out during operation and liaising with technicians and management to implement solutions Ensure all daily operational and statutory checks are carried out and that plant logs and site diary are maintained and kept up to date. To be involved in plant continuous improvement activities. Maintain and support a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with the company's Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Policies and become an advocate of the "think safe, work safe, home safe" culture. What we're looking for; Experience gained in a continuous process industry is essential. Computer literacy and the ability to train in computerised systems, including plant control (SCADA) systems. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision, often alone. Effective team-working and communication skills. Flexibility, with a creative approach to problem-solving.What's next?
