This is a Monday to Friday, field-based role. The key responsibilities of this role include travel to commercial sites, completing the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation services. The Role: * Installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation services. * Field based position, Midland's patch. * £36,000 - £38,000 + Travel/Overtime potential * OT rate at 1.5x -2x after 40 hours. * 20 Days annual leave + 8 days statutory * Company vehicle * Mobile Phone * Tablet * Pension The Person: * Experienced in air conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation (5 years commercial field experience preferred) * Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation background. (essential) * City & Guilds F-Gas Certified. (essential) * NVQ Level 2 (minimum requirement) * Full UK driving license. (essential) * 25 years old + (vehicle insurance purposes) * DBS will be required & provided (preferred) * Qualified in Brazing (essential) * 18th Edition electrical qualification (preferred) * Commercial experience of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation (essential) * Inspection & testing of commercial fire rated dampers (preferred)
