What You'll Be Doing: Providing individualized support to SEN students, helping them grow academically and personally. Collaborating with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and apply creative strategies to meet the specific needs of each child. Building strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development in a warm, supportive environment. Assisting in classroom activities and ensuring every child receives the attention and care they deserve. Regularly communicating with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and celebrate their achievements.What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children with SEN is a plus, but we're really looking for someone with patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference. A flexible and creative approach to supporting students' diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - we value teamwork and collaboration.
