The Firm A boutique law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly successful and friendly team. The Opportunity The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will support Partners and Fee Earners with a variety of matters. Duties to include: Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents Conducting title searches and due diligence checks Liaising with clients and solicitors Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate files and records Conducting legal research Assisting in the management of case files from instruction to completion Dealing with post-completion matters Supporting the team with administrative tasks as neededThis Commercial Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm The Requirements Experience working as a Paralegal supporting a busy Commercial Property team (essential) Experience working within a law firmVacancy highlights Hybrid working Fantastic company cultureTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
