Specialist Support Officer

Microsoft 365 Support: Administer the client’s O365 environment, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring smooth integration across all platforms. Apple macOS Support: Provide specialized support for macOS users, troubleshooting, managing updates, and ensuring compatibility with cloud systems. Remote Troubleshooting: Offer technical support to both Mac and Windows users, ensuring the client’s cloud-based IT infrastructure operates seamlessly. Occasional On-Site Support: Visit the office as needed to provide hands-on support, hardware setup, and troubleshooting. IT Operations: Maintain cloud-based tools like Teams and SharePoint, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support security compliance initiatives. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and remote IT support. Expertise in Apple macOS troubleshooting and support. Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Proven ability to support remote teams in a cloud-first environment.
