They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior architect to join their team in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project constraints.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and designers within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
