Customer Service Executive Location: Harlow Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office-based Customer Service Executive - About our client: A leading technology manufacturer, supplying premium products to a global customer base including construction and automotive industries. Working as part of a busy Customer Service & Sales team, you will be hands-on in supporting customers with queries, orders and warranties. An integral role within the business, working closely across all departments and providing outstanding levels of service. Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities: Supporting customers with orders received by phone, email or social media Proactively handling and resolving customer queries & challenges Ownership of warranty claims and issues Being the key point of contact between the Engineering department and customers Uploading orders onto the database, printing shipping labels Proactively updating customers Compiling reports to support the Sales & Marketing functions Customer Service Executive - What We’re Looking For: High levels of Customer Service skills Office based experience, ideally within B2B Customer Service or Sales Strong IT skills including Word and Excel Strong time management skills Ability to learn and retain technical knowledge High attention to detail Excellent telephone manner If you are interested in this role, please apply today.
