Cost Accountant (FTC)

We are currently seeking an immediately available Cost Accountant, or Finance Business Partner to join our client, a growing business at an exciting phase within their journey. About the opportunity: The Cost Accountant will work in a multi-faceted role and will support the business with their decision making by providing key data-driven insights on costings. Your role will be vital in helping the business work towards ensuring they operate in a lean and efficient manner, whilst having a strong grip on their costs, to enable them to have the best operational capabilities to deliver their growth plans. We are looking for candidates for the Cost Accountant role who can demonstrate the following: Experience working as a Cost Accountant or Finance Business Partner ideally within Pharma, Healthcare or Manufacturing. Whilst the specific industry you have worked in is not a pre-requisite, it is vital you have experience in an operational environment working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business. Have a passion for providing guidance and insight on key operational costings to help drive decision making and strategic planning moving forward. A real people person who enjoys working at pace. A continuous improvement mindset and a track record of contributing towards driving efficiencies to processes.
