Part-Time Scheme Manager Atherstone Up to £17.00 per hour Part-time (15 hours per week) Temporary on-going contract About Us: Think Community Partnership are working with a well-established Housing Association committed to providing safe, secure, and comfortable homes for residents. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential scheme in Atherstone. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the housing scheme, ensuring the well-being of all residents. Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and providing assistance when needed. Carry out regular health and safety checks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Support residents with tenancy-related issues and liaise with external support services as required. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, incidents, and support services provided. Work closely with the housing management team to ensure high standards of service delivery. Facilitate community activities and events within the scheme to encourage a positive living environment. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a housing or care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A compassionate and supportive attitude towards residents. Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and health and safety procedures (desirable). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
