Job Title: Senior Creative FourPointZero is collaborating with an internationally recognised immersive experience design studio, seeking a Senior Creative to guide and influence the artistic direction of transformative projects. This position offers the chance to contribute to a studio that has gained acclaim for creating engaging visitor attractions, themed environments, and brand activations that resonate globally. Role Summary As Senior Creative, you will lead the development of project concepts from initial idea through to delivery, ensuring a consistent and compelling artistic vision. You will utilise your expertise in graphic design, concept sketching, and 3D design, as well as provide art direction that seamlessly integrates creative intent with technological execution. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in blending storytelling with innovation to produce impactful, audience-focused experiences. Responsibilities * Lead the artistic development of immersive projects, ensuring alignment with the studio’s creative ethos. * Create, sketch, and refine concepts for various projects, from visitor attractions to brand experiences. * Provide clear and motivating art direction to visual and design teams. * Develop graphic assets that enhance and support overall project narratives. * Apply 3D design capabilities to visualise and develop project environments. * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with project objectives. * Integrate emerging tools and techniques to elevate the creative output of projects. * Maintain the highest standards of creativity and quality across all deliverables. Required Skills & Experience * Demonstrable experience in a senior creative or art direction role, ideally with 5+ years in immersive or experiential design. * Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and visual storytelling expertise. * Ability to sketch and develop concepts effectively and promptly. * Proficiency in 3D design for immersive and interactive environments. * Exceptional art direction and leadership capabilities. * Solid understanding of technology integration within creative projects. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * A passion for high-impact, innovative projects. Preferred Skills * Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior creatives. * Familiarity with industry best practices for interactive and immersive design. * Background in complex project delivery and high-profile campaigns.
