Contracts Manager

Exciting Contracts Manager opportunity across London & Essex for a Principal Contractor specialising in high quality refurbishment works including; commercial, industrial, retail and residential schemes.

About the role of Contracts Manager:

Working on commercial projects valued 1 - 15 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut + carve and refurbishment.

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:

• Travelling to various sites across London and office based in Essex
• Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance
• Acting as main point of contact for clients, project managers and site
• Ensuring deadlines are met on time within budget

Requirements for Contracts Manager:

• Experience working at a principal main contractor as Contracts Manager
• Experience working on projects valued 1 - 15 million
• CAT A, CAT B, cut & carve and and commercial experience
• Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver
