Previous experience within an industrial/production-based role is essential. Location: Oldham, OL1 (near Oldham Coliseum Theatre) Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Shifts during Training: Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:30pm.Once trained: Fixed Nights (Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm to 06:30am)  Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (increasing to £12 per hour after training) Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment within the department. Follow the production schedule to meet operational targets. Handle raw materials by feeding and monitoring machinery temperatures. Build and package finished products.
