Customer Service Coordinator

An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK and worldwide require a Customer Service Coordinator to control the customer and supplier portfolio and ensure on time delivery to the customer. The ideal candidate will have some experience with SAP and a background in manufacturing.

Commutable from: West Bromwich, Oldbury, Walsall, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Telford

Salary: 26 000 p.a.

Suitable for: Customer Service Administrator, SAP Administrator, Material Planner, Account Manager

The Role

Reporting into the Logistics Manager you will have the following duties:

-Work with the customer to understand their plans and forecast.
-Follow SAP demand planning and maintain the schedules.
-Monitor and deliver departmental performance targets.

The Person

Educated to a minimum of NVQ you will have the following experience:

-Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing (Automotive manufacturing advantageous)
-Some experience using SAP and advanced Excel skills.
-Good attention to detail.
