Job title: General Operative Location: Hitchin Type: Temp to Perm Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour Working hours: Monday – Thursday 07:00-16:30 (1/2-hour Lunch)   Our well-known and highly established client based in Hitchin are looking for a General Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.   This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new venture within the Industrial sectors, who is available immediately. We are looking for an all-round candidate who can adapt to different tasks and departments within an accurate and timely manner   Duties as a General Operative: Cleaning of all Machines within the factory Cleaning the Factory Floor Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the Yard Disposing of any waste and scrap material Assisting the packaging team by packing orders, ready for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries   What’s needed as a General Operative: Experience working within a Factory setting is desirable Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy materials An understanding of Health and Safety within the workplace Packaging experience is desirable Strong adaptability and flexibility Able to work within a team and individual   Perks of working within a Temporary environment: 24/7 support Rewards and discounts Tax relief on travel Weekly pay Please apply within
