Manager - Product Manager

Role Description As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and lifecycle management of healthcare products that enhance clinical diagnostics and laboratory services. This includes gathering requirements from healthcare providers, aligning product development with organisational goals, and ensuring that solutions meet regulatory standards. Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and regulatory compliance. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver digital solutions in diagnostics, medical imaging, and laboratory services. Monitor and measure product performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Basic understanding of healthcare software development, including APIs and cloud solutions. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., Analytical mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
