Job Requirements / Description
Administrator required to support the Vehicle and Plant Manager. This position is paying an annual salary of £23,795 - £25,000 and the working hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm. A car driver is required due to the office location. Duties: Provide administrative support to the Vehicle and Plant Manager Hire, track, verify, and maintain commercial information Liaise extensively with operational personnel and approved suppliers Assist with the hire of plant and fleet assets for all hired plant and vehicles Process plant returns Basic diary management for vehicle and plant inspections and maintenance Raise purchase orders Answer department callsBenefits: Up to £25,000 per annum Parking PensionExperience required: Fleet, vehicle, plant admin experience is desirable A college leaver who has studied secretarial or PA experience will be considered Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
