Finance Business Controller

CY Executive are partnered with a successful, global manufacturer who are recruiting a Finance Business Controller for their site in Worcestershire. Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking an experienced Accountant with a proven expertise in operational business partnering and supporting strategic commercial decisions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in their approach. This position involves close collaboration with the UK Finance Lead, CEO and Group CFO. Key areas of responsibility include: * Costing and production analysis & KPIs * Supporting the forecasting & budgeting process * Variance analysis * Inventory management * Monthly management reporting * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the business operations, ensuring accuracy in costing, budgeting, and reporting.
