And now the other stuff Working within a growing team, your role will support females' growth and skill development across diverse businesses by delivering training courses, leadership training programmes, and executive coaching. This position would suit a candidate with recent team leadership experience and a desire to develop others. They will have a dynamic, positive, and engaging personality. The successful candidate will be able to foster successful relationships with stakeholders throughout our organisation due to their credibility and positive attitude toward their role. Help deliver engaging front-line, aspiring leader, and first-line leadership training across various departments and businesses in the UK. Reporting to the Managing Director , The Women In Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach role will help drive company values and philosophy through training and content development activities that are strategically linked to the organisation’s mission and vision. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training programs are in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
