Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of our gourmet products. Key Responsibilities: * Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following health and safety guidelines. * Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock checks. * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Requirements: * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and moving products. * A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
