Working hours: 06:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday About the job: * Interpret and work from production tickets to ensure accurate specifications. * Prepare panels and handles, ensuring all specifications align with the production ticket. * Visually inspect finished products to guarantee 100% accuracy—right first time, every time. * Identify and remove any flaws, recording necessary data and informing the Technical Lead Operatives. * Monitor scrap/yield and report regularly. * Work with the team to overcome assembly line issues and boost productivity. * Keep a clean, safe working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations. About you: * Previous experience in embroidery is essential. * Experience with Happy Embroidery and Tajima machines is a plus (training will be provided). * A proactive, flexible approach to handling day-to-day tasks. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure. * Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. * Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
