We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most renowned main contractors in the UK on an exciting new project based in Andover.
About the role:
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a strong commercial team within a reputable main contractor who undertake schemes across the health care, education, commercial sectors valuing up to 40mil.
Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of various sub-contract packages from procurement to final account
- Cost report up-line to Commercial Manager
- Mentor more junior members of staff
Requirements:
- Degree / HNC qualified
- Experience administering NEC forms of contract.
- Experience managing substantial sub-contract packages
