Food Led Pub with Boutique Rooms – package to £55k * West Sussex South Downs * Basic salary £40k to £45k depending on experience + bonus + service * Stunning Pub with 8 boutique rooms * General Manager Jobs / Pub Manager Jobs in Sussex We seek a General Manager / Pub Manager for a stunning independent Food-led Led Pub with Rooms in West Sussex, on the South Downs, approximately a 30-minute drive from Worthing and 20 minutes to Midhurst. An established Pub and Restaurant with an excellent reputation for delivering a fine modern British dining experience, alongside luxury boutique-style hotel rooms. The Job To oversee all aspects of Pub, Restaurant and Guest Rooms operations, to ensure maximum profitability and consistently excellent guest experience. The General Manager will be given broad autonomy, in partnership with the excellent Head Chef, to run the pub and stamp his/her mark on the business. The General manager will lead the 2 full-time FOH staff plus a team of part-time FOH staff, working closely with the Head Chef and his kitchen brigade. The Pub General Manager will report directly to the owners who live locally. The Candidate We are seeking an experienced and energetic Pub Manager with strong commercial and operational understanding, and who can lead and direct the business, developing further success.Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate previous success managing modern high-quality quality food-led pubs with rooms, as either Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager, and will be able to comfortably become the face of the business, building strong local relationships with both existing and new customers. We will also consider applications from Pub Management Couples. The Package Salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus a generous bonus structure and service charge taking the package up to around £55,000
