Amazon Shipping is innovating in the Operations and Logistics space and islooking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and commercial Senior Enterprise SalesManager, to work with major external retailers in the UK and facilitate theirusage of Amazons logistics capabilities to service their own customersneeds. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to scale AmazonShipping by driving commercial growth, and will have familiarity with leadingB2B sales generation working with both small and large customers. We arereinventing everything from commercial strategy and lead generation to accountmanagement, and are looking for a senior enterprise sales manager that canpartner and innovate with Operations, Commercial and Customer Programs, andProduct Management as we scale our solution nationwide. The successful senior enterprise sales manager will be comfortable navigatingambiguity and operating in a start-up environment. We expect the person inthis position to create a sales strategy from the ground up and tosuccessfully execute upon our ambitious product adoption goals. The idealcandidate will have experience developing relationships across functionalareas such as Operations, Finance, and Program Management, and will have aproven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenuetargets. This role will be based in London. Key job responsibilities - Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our product. - Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit theirbusiness needs. - Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specificimprovement areas. - Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams includingProduct Management and Technical. - Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage throughobstacles to achieve your objectives. - Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities forsolutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerateorganization performance. - Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on bestpractices for using our product. - Liaise with technical integration teams on both customer and Amazon side toensure integration of our product in customer’s technology landscape. - Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalationmanagement when necessary - Meet or exceed targets for customer andor feature spend adoption. - Identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenuetargets. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree - Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements - Experience in a professional field or military - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at theorganizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, buildingprocesses and coordinating release schedules ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
