Job Overview This role is a unique opportunity to lead the oversight of ISO9001 Compliance in Arm, driving effective planning, governance, and assurance for one of the world's most extraordinary and successful organizations. Responsibilities Implement robust and efficient quality control mechanisms for Arm QMS, ensuring proactive monitoring and ongoing compliance with the ISO9001 requirements. Work with the internal audit team to define a comprehensive internal audit plan, conduct regular reviews of audit findings, and support the company with issues resolution driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement Identify and communicate to management potential risks and opportunities related to quality and compliance that could impact ISO9001 compliance. Develop and implement a corporate-wide ISO9001 training and awareness program Maintain key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and drive process improvement. Prepare regular reports on ISO9001 compliance status for Management and Board oversight bodies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to ISO9001 compliance. Stay informed about industry trends, legal and regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices. Establish productive relationships with the external certification bodies, supporting with them with everything needed to conduct the recertification and surveillance audits in Arm worldwide locations. Required Skills and Experience Degree or equivalent experience in Quality Engineering ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification Vast experience leading corporate compliance towards ISO9001 or IATF16949 in global organizations Willingness to travel to support internal and external compliance needs Interpersonal Skills Capable of working as a great teammate or independently Good communicator and negotiator, personable and able to work and communicate at a detailed or high level Self-starter and a "getting-things-done" demeanor “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience Experience in leading quality compliance towards multiple standards including those applicable to the Automotive and Semiconductor industry (e.g. ISO27001, ISO14001, ASPICE, JEDEC, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO26262, IATF16949) Supplier Auditor qualification and experience (e.g. VDA 6.3) In Return Arm is committed to global talent acquisition, offering an attractive relocation package.
