Housing Officer

We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join a Housing Association based in Cardiff on a temporary contract for 3 months. This role is offering great flexbility and hybrid working.

Job Title: Housing Officer
Location: Cardiff
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: 22- 24 p/h

Housing Office responsibilities:

• Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
• Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
• Managing low levels of ASB
• Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
• Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints

Housing Officer requirements:

• Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Available within 1 week
