This position will involve servicing, diagnosing, and repairing an array of state-of-the-art dental systems across your designated region. In this role, you will provide both preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of dental systems and devices. Carry out routine inspections and preventative measures to minimize downtime and ensure high performance of equipment. Liaise directly with dental professionals and clinic staff, providing excellent customer service and technical support. Keep accurate records of all work completed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify areas for improvement and work proactively to enhance equipment performance.Candidate Profile: To excel in this role, you will need: A technical qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a field service role, ideally within the electronics or electro-mechanical sectors. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients.
