Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Required Job Type: Contract Start date: Immediate Industry: Maintenance Location: Wythenshawe Pay Rate: GBP £12 - £13.50 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Gardener required for a maintenance company based in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Maintenance Gardener to join the team on a static site in Manchester. This is a temp to perm role. Weekly pay. This Maintenance Gardner role will be on an ongoing contract basis with the view to going permanent, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. 8am-4:30pm/7:30am-4pm. Daily responsibilities will include: Will work to health and safety requirements. Will undertake all necessary grounds and gardens maintenance. Will undertake litter picking duties as directed by the supervisor Will carry out snow / ice clearance and gritting as directed by the supervisor / chargehand. Will undertake general labouring duties Will be required to use all relevant tools, plant and equipment within their specific field.
