From Drivers to Technicians, Customer Experience experts to Site Managers, Engineers to Electricians, we come together as a team of experts, to do more for our customers How you’ll power our business as an Customer Experience Team Manager Reporting to the Head of customer experience, the purpose of this role is to lead a team to deliver individual and team quantitative and qualitative performance targets, driving performance through excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to add value to the business through both sales and service of our Bottled gas and bulk clients. Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you • Experience as a team manager in a contact centre environment • Proven time and people management skills • Proven experience of people development • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills • Strong team player • Ability to balance business needs with the customers needs • Will posses expertise in all customer service related duties • Self motivated and ability to motivate others • Positive change management experience • Challenges the norm • Proactive problem solving mentality • Flexible approach to work • Experience in recruitment What you’ll get from us You matter.
