Warehouse Operative

Job title: Warehouse Operative Location: Reading Contract type: Temp to Perm Salary: up to £12 Per hour The role: You will be working for a leading supplier of high-quality machine parts. Friendly and supportive work environment.Key information: Immediate Start available. 09:30 to 17.30 Work is 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably with machine parts. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical condition, able to lift and move heavy items. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Skills required: Applicants must be able to understand read and write English to a good standard. Ability to work without direct supervision. Due to the operation the job holder will be required to lift and move weights up to and including 25kgs. Operators must be able to stand for the full shift. Good communication skills. Good timekeeper and ability to organise task completion in a timely manner. Attention to detail and accuracy.
