Senior Security Manager - SOC, GRC, Fintech - £90,000 - £120,000 + package An industry leading fintech organization are searching for a Senior Security Manager to oversee their GRC and SOC team and ultimately be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy. As the Senior Security Manager, you will have a substantial effect on how the organization is run, as you will be building, mentoring and inspiring a team of top security engineers, ensuring the highest level of protection for their cutting-edge platform, in a very fast paced environment. The Senior Security Manager will be responsible for: Lead a high-performing security team focused on operations, threat hunting, and risk management. Stay ahead of emerging threats through proactive threat hunting and vulnerability management. Manage incident response, ensuring swift and effective resolution of security incidents, whilst acting as an escalation point to the wider team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of the business. Foster a security-conscious culture within the organization through training and awareness programs. The ideal Senior Security Manager will have experience with the following: Security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response. Deep understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, etc.) and cloud security concepts (ideally AWS) Proven ability to translate security needs into business-driven strategies.
