Information Technology Support Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Alpine Interactive in Greater London across different office locations (Central). The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and helpdesk support. You will be providing both hardware and software support; troubleshooting desktop, server and network issues; and carrying out occasional project work like upgrades or migrations. Qualifications/Skills Microsoft Azure - Active Directory etc. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 suite skills with extensive demonstrable experience of Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Teams cloud telelpony system with outstanding IT and digital skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of networking and security protocols Any Microsoft Certifications will be advantageous The role will include managing various systems like SaaS platforms and cloud telephony, ensuring quality control, facilitating user training, and providing onsite IT support to employees. A broad technical knowledge across multiple technologies, serving as the primary liaison between employees, the IT department, and the MSP are beneficial.
