Assistant Site Manager

Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager? Do you have a proven background in housebuilding? A new vacancy has arisen for a driven and experienced assistant site manager to join a well respected quality developer, working on a site near Taunton.  You will need to be an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Site Manager, with a background in housebuilding. Hold good NHBC knowledge, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering quality homes exceeding customer expectations. You will need to be a proven assistant with time served experience. You will monitor quality and delivery on site, be responsible for dealing with trades and deliveries. You will be confident in your approach and able to build rapport quickly with trades and both internal and external contacts. Working on a circa 75 unit timberframe scheme near Taunton, mix of 2,3 & 4 beds. Largely open market with some affordable units. Reporting to the site manager, you will have a high regard for H & S, with effective communication and organisation skills, as you will be dealing with customers and external agents.  Attributes and skills needed: CSCS First Aid Experience in a similar role. SSSTS or SMSTS Good NHBC knowledge Strong regard for H & S Excellent communicator Organised Ambitious and wanting to progress.
