Right now, we’re on the lookout for a creative Social Media Executive to manage our social media channels as part of our internal Marketing team. You’ll be at the heart of our brand, engaging with our audience and creating content that eats - and leaves no crumbs. What you’ll do: Create a Social Media Strategy: Develop a bold social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, (plus emerging platforms) with the support of an experienced Social Media Manager. Push boundaries with fun and quirky content that aligns with our mission to make employer brands irresistible. Keep up with social media trends, memes, and moments to engage audiences in fresh and relevant ways. Source & Create Great Content: Build internal networks and develop processes to gather amazing footage of our exciting day to day activity; this could be based in our office or out and about at events Create imaginative, on-brand content (videos, GIFs, memes, stories) that sparks excitement and promotes our projects, clients, and company culture. Collaborate with our in-house designers, copywriters, and video team to craft visual storytelling that captivates our audience. Engage our Community: Be the voice of Ph. Creative - engaging with followers, fans, and prospective clients in a fun and friendly tone. Build our online community through meaningful interactions, like responding to comments, starting conversations and encouraging user-generated content. Stay responsive to real-time events and social moments that align with our brand personality. Manage Campaigns: Plan and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for new employer branding projects. Experiment with new formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok Challenges, LinkedIn Polls) to engage and delight our target audience. Collaborate with our creative teams and clients to ensure campaigns are fun and impactful. Drive Growth (using Data): Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to track performance. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to increase engagement, followers and reach. Continuously optimize content based on performance data and social trends. Engage with Influencers and Partners: Collaborate with industry influencers, employer brand advocates and thought leaders to amplify our campaigns. Build strong relationships with external partners to maximize collaboration opportunities. Monitor the brand and innovate: Monitor brand mentions and conversations in the employer branding space, joining in where appropriate and driving the narrative in a fun and creative way. Stay ahead of the curve, proactively experimenting with new trends, tools, and tactics to keep Ph. Creative’s social channels innovative and lively. What you’ll bring: A solid understanding of popular platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and how to create content for each. Enthusiasm about producing brilliant and shareable content. Basic design skills using tools like Canva or similar are a plus. Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, and can craft captions that resonate in a fun, approachable tone. The ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines. A collaborative attitude and the initiative to brainstorm creative ideas. Familiarity with tracking social media performance (e.g., using platform analytics) and willing to learn how to measure success. An eagerness to keep up with the latest trends, memes, and social media happenings that could make our content stand out. Skills we’d appreciate: Some Experience : Internship or personal experience managing social media channels (e.g., a personal blog, university project, or a brand) is a plus but not required. Willingness to Learn : Openness to experimenting with new content formats, tools, and ideas to keep up with the evolving social landscape. Basic Design Knowledge : An understanding of simple design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating eye-catching graphics. More advanced skills are a bonus but not essential. Why Join Ph. Creative?
