Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine cleaning using a variety of machines. * Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and gardens are clean and well-maintained. * Report any significant maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team. * Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise. * Drive the company van to various locations in south London and ensure it is kept in good condition. * Liaise with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements. Requirements: * Previous experience as mobile cleaner or similar role is essential * A valid UK driving license is required. * Ability to work independently & manage time effectively. * Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
