We are looking for bright talent to be part of the Kitchen team at the beautiful and grand Gore Hotel. We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Sous Chef to join Starhotels team on full time basis to support the 190 Queen's Gate Restaurant at the historical Gore Hotel (SW7). Chef de Partie duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times. Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
