Quality Manager

Job Role: Quality Manager Location: Derbyshire Salary: up to £65k (DOE) The Role: Based in Derbyshire, my client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of Quality within their facility. Job Role Responsibilities: Liaising with customers and gathering feedback Understanding customer expectations and needs from product Monitoring and evaluating production processes Monitoring standards of production Rejecting products that do not meet requirements Generate statistical reports on quality standards Report to Stakeholders on quality standard issues and customer complaints Analyse and evaluate any product return or rejects Develop and maintain any corrective actions from any return or rejects The Candidate: Demonstrate competencies in Quality Management through experience and training.
