As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production line operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team to achieve daily production targets. Shift Hours: Day Shift : 07:00 - 19:00 Night Shift:19:00 - 07:00 Sunday to Wednesday Wednesday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production line team. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Report on production progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
